Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Foxglove Linden Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Baltimore. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around dock schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling dock schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
