Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Bluepeak Iron Construction is a Boise contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
