Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Cedar Field Markets serves neighbourhoods around San Jose with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around store inventory clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling store inventory. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
