Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Foxglove Rowan Foods produces packaged foods at its Providence plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around sanitation schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling sanitation schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
