Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Silverline Iron Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 371 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
