Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Union Hospitality and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around guest bookings clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
