Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Bluepeak Rowan Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Birmingham, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
