Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Bluepeak Cobalt Construction is a San Diego contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling change orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
