Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Greenridge Junction Manufacturing makes precision components in Wichita, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around machine downtime clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling machine downtime. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
