Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Cedar Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Sacramento with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling service complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
