Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Fernwood Beacon Staffing Partners places workers with employers around Albuquerque, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 235 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
