Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Westbrook Forge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Oakland. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around collection routes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling collection routes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
