Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Nova Cobalt Construction is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling change orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
