Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Lumen Fox Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Detroit. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
