Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Foxglove Ashton Foods is a San Diego food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around ingredient orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling ingredient orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
