Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Cedar Clear Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Richmond. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
