Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Ivory Banking Services Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 600 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
