Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Fernwood Ashton Freight is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
