Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Lumen Bridge Foods is a Charleston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 587 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
