Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Redstone Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Philadelphia serving households and small businesses, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
