Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Redstone Field Staffing Group is a Providence staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
