Sales Representative - local business accounts (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Corner Construction and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling safety records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
