Sales Representative - local business accounts (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Linden Foods produces packaged foods at its Portland plant, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around production batches clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling production batches. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
