Sales Representative - local business accounts (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Associates collects and processes waste and recycling around Pittsburgh, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling service complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
