Sales Representative - local business accounts (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Group is an insurance company in Pittsburgh with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling premium billing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
