Sales Representative - local business accounts (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Junction Markets serves neighbourhoods around Pittsburgh with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around shrink and waste clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling shrink and waste. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
