Sales Representative - local business accounts (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cobalt Construction and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling change orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
