Sales Representative - local business accounts (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Glen Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Phoenix, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around guest bookings clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
