Sales Representative - local business accounts (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Birch Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Phoenix. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
