Sales Representative - local business accounts (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Corner Insurance Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
