Sales Representative - local business accounts (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Beacon Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
