Sales Representative - local business accounts (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Birch Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
