Sales Representative - local business accounts (Oakland, CA)

Amberfield Pine Staffing is a Oakland staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 599 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
