Sales Representative - local business accounts (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Lantern Medical is a Oakland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
