Sales Representative - local business accounts (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Glen Hospitality is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Explain our services around housekeeping schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
