Sales Representative - local business accounts (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Oakland. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling card disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
