Sales Representative - local business accounts (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Junction Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Nashville plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
