Sales Representative - local business accounts (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Cobalt Construction is a Nashville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling change orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
