Bright Harbor Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 847 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
