Sales Representative - local business accounts (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Willow Construction is a Nashville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
