Sales Representative - local business accounts (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Linden Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
