Sales Representative - local business accounts (Miami, FL)

Northwind Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Miami with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around test reports clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
