Sales Representative - local business accounts (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Thistle Medical and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
