Sales Representative - local business accounts (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Harbor Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Memphis. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 937 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
