Sales Representative - local business accounts (Madison, WI)

Bright North Insurance is an insurance company in Madison with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
