Sales Representative - local business accounts (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Meridian Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Madison. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Madison. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
