Sales Representative - local business accounts (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Cross Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Little Rock. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around guest bookings clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling guest bookings. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
