Sales Representative - local business accounts (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Iron Construction Partners delivers building projects for owners across the Las Vegas region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling safety records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
