Sales Representative - local business accounts (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Meadow Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Las Vegas region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 975 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
