Sales Representative - local business accounts (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bright Staffing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
